Urgent: Tier 2 Extension; NQF Level 4 Confusion:

Dear Friends,

My SOC 2000 was 3218 and now the SOC Codes are changed so which will be my category/new SOC now, My title is 'Prescription Controller' in Community pharmacy with Salary £25K (Level 5 on NHS agenda for change) and it is similar job descriptions given in new SOC 3217 but Job title is different and I am not NVQ3 registered. I am holding an overseas Pharmacy degree and Master in Business Administration(MBA) (equivalent to NQF level 6) from UK. My role and company are same as i had on my previous visa.

1: I want to confirm that what will be my NQF level? it says in SOC 2010 that Job should be at NQF level 4 and above according to NHS Agenda for change but i am not sure how does it work.

2: My Visa expire date is 17th of Feb-2014 and End date on COS is 3rd Feb-2015 so what should be the start date on my next COS?

3: Can i apply on 10th OCT-14 and then what will be the start date on my visa? i.e. Visa issue date or 4th Feb-2015

I assume that we don’t need to do RLMT for extension, and don’t provide evidence of my degree and maintenance funds? Please correct me if i am wrong.

Only the following job titles in this classification are skilled to NQF level 3 (all others are lower skilled and therefore ineligible)
Jobs at NHS Agenda for Change band 4 or equivalent or above Salary rates:
new entrant: 10,700 Experienced:15,600
