Tier 1 General (2009) - English Requirement for ILR

Hi,

I got my Tier 1 General Main (no dependent in my case) in 2009 and now applying for ILR.
can anyone confirm whether following will suffice for english requirement:
(1) PBS point calculator confirming english qualification.
(2) original uni certification (did PhD in USA)

Does that look fine?

If PBS calculator award minimum 20 points for qualification and 10 points for English then PDF print out along with degree certificate sufficient
