applying a passport from abroad

Hi. All

I want to apply a passport for my son who is abroad at the moment. I have brought his foreign passport to apply his British one and all the documents to the Uk. I would like to know whether it is possible.

Is there anybody apply a passport from abroad? I really want to hear your experience. I also tried to fill the form from abroad but the format and online application was too sensitive filled in. It did not allow me to go next step.

It would be very appreciated.
