Which category to select

Can anyone please tell me what category to selected when filling online form on visa4uk website. it is for my wife's spouse visa. there are 3 option
when select Settlement then select settlement again and then wife.

is it correct?

You should be fine. Make it clearer in the space for additional information, the form is made without common sense and confusing really.
