IT change manager as professional refree -an1

Hi
I am trying to get reference from my company's it change manger as a ptrofwessional refree and one of my colleagues as a personal reference. I am going to apply next week. Please someone can let me know if these are acceptable references. My company is a limited company. Please any suggestion would be appreciated.

Hi,

I had one of my Referrer as Senior Manager (IT) (Indian passport holder) and another Accountant (British passport holder) as referrers. Submitted via NCS and accepted. I presume that is acceptable as any Manager employed by a Professional organisation is accepted.
