Address of tax office or tax office reference in AN1 form

Dear all,

I am about to apply for naturalisation using form AN1.

Not sure where can I find 'Address of tax office or Tax office reference' which is in section 3 of the form.

I am a full time employed person.

Can someone help please?

Ask your HR dept or whoever deals with the payslips they should be able to give you this info easily.

or check you payslip / P60....you'll be able to find the info. it looks like 123/AB456

Got it from our payslip department.

It does look like 123/AB456 :)

Sorry for a silly question, but I just want to get clarification.
In my pay slip, I've got information about Tax District (example: A & B AREA) and Tax Ref (e.g. in format 123/A456).
Should I use both details (tax district & tax ref) for section 3.5 - Address of tax office or tax office reference?
