DOCS RCVD. TODAY..... PACKED CAME TORN... SOME DOCS MISSING...
BUT ANYWAY.... IT GOT APPROVED.....

What forms are required to be filled and what all documents are required (original or copy) and procedure for it.

Hi Vishal,
Did u send the new ITR1 form ? If yes did it carry the stamp or there was an acknowledgement form that was carrying stamp?

I have form -16, ITR1 and acknowledgement form carrying STAMP of IncomeTax office and signature on the acknowledgement form..

In acknowdlege ment form it have my name PAN number and all details which are in ITR1 form..... please reply
