Post by busya13 » Tue Sep 30, 2014 1:37 pm

Hi I am in the UK with my spouse Czech national and we have a 3,5 year old daughter also Czech national. When I apply for EEA 2, which is going to be in a couple of weeks, do i need to submit her birth certificate as well or is her passport sufficient. It is in Czech and i don't know if we actually have not lost it :( any advise on this? Thanks!!

You don't need to provide anything for your application with regards to your daughter as she is a EEA national. Just provide your wife details (as a sponsor).
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
