Visitor Visa Tenancy agreement clarification

Post by KSM » Wed Oct 01, 2014 9:03 pm

hi there ,

Advise please

I amapplying for my mothers general visiting visa to UK for 6 months from India. My tenancy is going to end by this month and after that we have planned to go for statutory periodic tenancy , which is not a fixed term agreement(rolling contract). Is it ok to submit that for her visa?

Thanks in advance

Yes. A rolling tenancy is common in the UK.
