TIER 2 ILR SET(O) eligibility

Hi there,

I would like to check eligibility for ILR SET(O) application.

I have my first visa on 13/07/2010. My current visa expires on 15/06/2015. I am running short of 27 days in 5 year.

15th June 2015 is Monday.

My question is:
Shall I apply for ILR in person on 15/06/2015 or postal application for visa extension for another 1 year.

You should be able to apply for ILR on the 15th June 2015.

you didn't say if your initial visa was T2G or T2 ICT. You are only eligible for ILR if it was T2G.

Good point.

I believe it may be Tier 2 under the rules in place before 6th April 2010. Otherwise he may not have enquired about ILR.
