Normally, you can't book any tests in the next 7 days, it must be booked at least 7 days in advance (and it states this on the Gov website). So the first test is booked from day 8 onwards. That only leaves two weeks of tests being fully booked in your area if that is the case, a bit rare but it can happen depending on demand.
Why not just book the test from 23rd October onwards.
