Second referee has to be British national, over 25 and have known you for over 3 years. His/hers profession is not important.

I work in the financial services and there are quiet a few qualified accountants working as managers of different teams and not necessarily and accounting team but have an ACCA and are members of the professional body. Can they still be my main referee even though there are not working as accountants .

Correct me if I am wrong but if they have ACCA qualification than they are certified accountants, right?
