Hi

So I am dual UK/Irish citizen,my husband is non EEA national,we lived in UK (Northern Ireland) when we got married,then moved to Republic of Ireland,we lived and worked there,our first child was born here,then I moved to UK(northern Ireland) to have are second child....so we are hoping to apply for eea famiy permit via SS but im worried in case they say I cant because of dual citizenship so can we use the Zambrano or Dereci route based on the children being British/Irish and EEA NATIONALS???
