ADVICE WITH COMPLETING FORM MN1

HI GUYS PLEASE I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME ADVICE IN COMPLETING THE FORM MN1 .
I AM APPLYING FOR MY KIDS UNDER SECTION 1(3) OF FORM MN1 AS I HAVE ILR SINCE JUNE LAST YEAR.
MY QUESTION IS SINCE MY KIDS WERE BORN IN THE UK DO I STILL NEED TO COMPLETE SECTION 2: RESIDENCE REQUIREMENT ON THE APPLICATION FORM.
