EEA 2 Visa revoked at UK border, can I reapply and appeal?

Post by olivesummer44 » Fri Oct 10, 2014 12:51 pm

My EEA 2 visa was revoked at UK Border, I have appealed and have a hearing date in Jan 2015.

Home Office doesn't allow me to work, can I reapply for an EEA 2 and appeal at the same time? Or I have to withdraw my appeal then reapply?

The main reason to reapply is that I want my right to work.

Many thanks.

You could do both simultaneously.

Failure to appeal a revocation could amount to you holding up to the lawfulness of the revocation.
