Got notice of intended prosecution initially, After that I received Conditional offer of fixed penalty 3 points and £100 fine.

Just checked on DVLA and I have been issued with 3points for red traffic light offense by magistrate court which I never visited. It was a conditional offer.

Will this effect my ILR application. please advise

I was never been to a court.

Paid fine and got points endorsed on my license. Does anybody came across this type of situation. When I checked my points on DVLA record online it says North London magistrate court. please see below information and please advise if I need to declare it on the form.
