Income Related ESA / Moving to Ireland

Post by chanjeewa.wb » Fri Oct 17, 2014 8:47 am

Dear All

I would appreciate your help with the followings.

1. I currently receive ESA / Income related at the higher rate and my claim is ongoing. If I decide to move to Ireland to live can I continuously able to receive the benefit either from UK OR Ireland?

2. Does Ireland has any agreement with EU or UK with regards to the benefit?

3. What would be my entitlement in Ireland?

Please Help.
