Tied 2 PBS extension biometric not arrived

My wife had her premium application done for PBS extension and it was approved last month. And she received a letter stating that the biometric should arrive in max of 10 days. But it's been almost a month since then. We have sent a email to the biometric dept. but they have responded rudely stating don't reply back we will put some one the case. That too was 10 days back. How to tackle with this situation. We had travel booked for NOV. Assuming visa should have arrived in September. There is no contact number for them. Please suggest something to tackle the problem.
