I been legal in uk for ten years. Did got married to a guy two years ago but we separated .Divorce was petition before the three years. We was together for 2years and 5 months. Decree of absolute will be declared on 26 November.
I don't qualify for ROR . My partner is from Germany. He don't want to give his documents
Can I apply for long residence in uk? I'm from Nigeria ! No kids .

What application form I have to fill ?
