Tier2 ICT to ILR

Hi,

I have completed 5 years in UK and planning to do ILR in jan 2015.
My spouse went to India for baby delivery and came back recently. My spouse Tier2 dependant visa expired when she went for delivery to India. so I did a new tier2 dependant visa for her and my baby. they are currently on Tier2 ICT dependant visa in UK.

when I go for ILR in jan 2015, what visas do my spouse and baby get? can you provide clarification, what visas do i need to apply for them .
