Sponsorship and bank account problem

Hi

I have just recently applied for British passport and changed my name also and unfortunately closed my bank accounts on my old name apart from one account which I don't use.

I recently opened a new account and need to know how can I sponsor my parents to visit me in the UK as home office require 6 months statement.

The only thing I can think of open a saving account and get the saving confirmation certificate.

Please advice me what to do I'm Really stressed.

Dont you have previous bank statements in your old name?? If you do, use them with deed poll etc to show change of name.
