Hi ,

you are paying yourself minimum pay which will attract no NI , will NOT effect any thing from income point of view as long as your pay ( exact amount ) and Dividends are coming from your business to personal accounts. I recommend to take an accountant letter for minimum pay explaining no NI attraction in case they require some proof .
Thanks

hi all
can anybody please tell me if I need to pay NI CLASS 2 even if I only paid myself quarterly dividends and no salary as a director of a limited company???
is that going to be a problem if I have not paid NI CLASS 2 when i submit my ILR (O) application??
Many thanks in advance.
