ILR APPLICATION FORM SET M

Post by Aleksey » Tue Nov 04, 2014 1:15 pm

Hi just want some peace of mind!! I'm a UK national and my wife and her son have been living here since 2012, She has 27month spouse visa, which we applied for just prior to 9th july 2012, her visa expires 30th November and we are currently collating all the info for her ILR application, Set M application appears to be our route, just like that confirmed also, at the moment work has been scarce, so wage slips etc are not an option, that said I own my own home outright and have considerable savings, what are the financial requirements? cant find a definitive answer ie what amount of savings would be enough, many thanks in advance :D

Under the pre-9th July 2012 rules you simply need to show that you are supporting yourselves financially without claiming Public funds.
