Getting the Documents back from UKBA after visa refusal

I'm trying to get back the documents of my dependents after the FLR(FP) visa refusal and they need to travel now rather than overstaying. But after calling Home Office, I find that as so difficult. Nobody exactly knows where the documents are. They keep on giving different numbers to call. And it is really so frustrating.

Please someone let me know, the fastest way to get the documents back.

Hi obie, It was a FLR(FP) application for my wife and kids. Kids were not born here. So they refused.

Are you settled now?

Even if the children were not born here, consideration ought to have been given to their best interest.
