FLR(HSMP) Query

Dear Forum Members

My friend has got EC approved visa stamped for two years. (me still have to applyin this week)

His HSMP apprival date was June 01,2007 and start from August 15,2007, to August 2007,

Whether he should leave on 15 august 2007 or later and what will the impact when applying for FLR (when will the FLR period be counted ie from June 1,2007 or August 15, 2007 or the day he arrives in the UK)

I s is better to leave early?

If the start date on this Visa is from 15th August 2007 he can't enter UK before that period.

It is obvious that he cant enter before 15 August.
