Tier 2 company split up into two separate limited companies

Hi im currently on Tier 2 general category and my visa is valid till March 2016. today we get to know that ou company is splitting up into two and ill be part of one of them. The owners and directors will remain same but it will be two separate limited companies. will it effect my visa status, do i have to reapply for the visa through my newly created and also do the newly created company has to reapply for the sponsorship License. The split up is happening by 30th November 2015. Any guidance or help?
