Hi every1

A friend of mine needs help and I hope anyone here can provide answers.
He is a spouse of an EEA national. They got married in 2004. My friend has a residence card which expires in January 2015. The wife had worked in UK from 2004 to April 2014 when she left for her own country after the couple fell out. She has refused to return to the UK or provide her passport. However, my friend has her Home Office residence card and all evidences of her treaty rights and prove of address for of those years. Please can someone tell me if he will qualifies for PR even though they are not divorced, wife is no longer in the UK and have not provided her passport or ID card?

Yes. (Although I suspect you got some of the dates wrong).
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
