Coming to the UK before date of validity

I applied for a Tier 4 student visa and successfully got my student visa for my course starting on 19 Jan 2015. The visa is valid from 19 December 2014 but the thing is I already paid a 4 month installment for accommodation since 20 sept which I'm not using since I'm not there (I applied and my visa was rejected for my course starting on September).

Is there any work around or solution where I can convince the UK border agency to allow me to come to the UK before that date (19/12/2014) so I won't waste money on my accommodation?

Probably not!! You will only be allowed entry on the date your visa starts.

You can enter maximum one month before of your course commencement date.
