Wife Appliying ILR Separately

Post by a.agrawal » Tue Nov 11, 2014 10:58 am

Hi,

I got my ILR sorted 6 months back and last month my wife got eligible for ILR being Tier -1 Dependent for last 2 years, I would like to know that while applying for her ILR what should I write in SET (O) form Section 1, should it be my information or my wife's?

Thanks,
Anurag

Did you get your ILR based on Tier 1?

If your wife is the applicant, you write her details.
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Thanks for your reply, Yes I got it ILR through Tier 1 general 5 Year Route,

Could you just confirm below, its kind off entire application form, so even if you can help me with few bits that would be good...

Section 1 - My wife's information
Section 2 - N/A
Section 3 - Section B (PBS dependant) Tick
Section 4 - Section 4.1 left blank, Tick Yes in Section 4.2 only, Tick "Life in UK" and "A degree taught or researched in English"
Section 5 -
Section 5.1 (Privately rented by you) Tick
Section 5.2 YES Tick
Section 5.3 YES Tick (Wife works full time)
Section 5.4 NO Tick
Section 5.5 YES (3 Months back we started claiming Child Benefit, which comes in my account, should we be saying "No" here as this is application is for my wife ?)
Section 6 N/A
Section 7 No for all the applicable options, no criminal offence...
Section 8 (2 Photographs)
Section 9 N/A
Section 10 BRP information
Section 11 Passport and BRP card,Co habitation proof (does it mean in Section 2 I have to fill my wife's info),Life in UK letter Tick, Degree Certificate (Do I need to get self assessment pdf from online just showing that her degree exists in UKBA database?)

Does it mean I don't have to submit my payslip or bank statement ?

Thanks,
Anurag
