Tier 1 dependant outside UK - Help

Hi All,

I am in Tier 1 dependent visa and living in uk. My visa expiring in dec and my husband will be ILR in dec.

I need to extend my application again as dependent as I didn't complete 5 yrs.

I am planning to go to my home country for vacation. Can I extend the visa from there or should i remain in uk for applying as Tier 1 dependants.

Should remain in the UK for applying as Tier 1 dependants.
