Hi. I am confused as to what surname i should show on the set m applicants details section one. My wfe passport has her maiden name but since she entered this country in 2012 shas been using married name.
Do i put her passport name on applicants name on passport and put down our married name on family name and any other name you have been known?
Do i need to include a cover letter for the name change?
