need advice on marriage visa uk

I met my husban in 2008, we dated, fell pregnant and then got married in 2010. coming January we will be married for 5 years. I am starting to worry regarding my visa. my son and husband are both british and i fell ill after i had my son, so i never looked into renewal of my visa or anything. but now i am a bit better... i lost my id card years ago and never had it replaced and there is no record in my passport.. what do i do now. do i still have right to live here? i dont know and its bothering me as our son is growing older and would like to go on holidays yet im not sure whether i can leave the country or not.

You need to step back a bit - you've posted a lot about your relationship - but not about your visa status.

When did you arrive? Under what visa? Did you ever renew or change that visa? How long was it for?

i arrived in 2004 on a woeking holiday visa - 2 years
then applied for a student visa twice, studied and then a marriage visa
