JR re-opened, Is it useful now? Expert advice please

Dear all,

We applied for Tier 1 in Nov 2012, application refused on the basis that me and my team member not have full access to 50K. I applied for JR and permission granted but my solicitor could not change address from previous solicitor and JR file was closed by court in May 2014. I sent application to re-open JR and on the other hand, I re-applied for Tier 1 in September 2014 and visa granted in October 2014. Now we received the letter from court that JR is re-opened.

My team member leave was expired in Nov 2012, now his file is in court of appeal.

Now we are looking; is it possible that we proceed JR again and possibly i could get Tier 1 again (if HO agrees and possible, on old terms & conditions for Tier 1 in Nov 2012) and on the basis of this, my team member could fight further

We just want to get an idea that this re-open of JR is how much useful for us or it has no value now.

I shall be thankful for your valuable comments.

@ stev.bris1, your question is not very clear. What exactly is your goal to pursue the JR because you have stated that you already got your Tier 1 entrepreneur visa.

But you didn't say anything about your team member's case. Did your team member submitted a JR as well? If yes what happen?
Did your team member not submit a fresh application like yourself?
