Post by Dania2014 » Thu Nov 13, 2014 8:57 pm

Thanks in advance and I would be very grateful for your kind help

Entry without an EEA family permit nor residence card is subject to 11(4).

However, without proper documents, the airline may not let you board the plane for your journey to the UK.

Many thanks for your reply. Please could you let me know what are the required documents to bring for the journey? Is there a possibility that they will not let me to enter the UK?

If you are a visa national, then apply for an EEA family permit.

They require evidence that your spouse is exercising treaty rights; same evidence as you used when applying for the residence card.
