When can I apply for my ILR?

Hi all,

I have a question for you

My tier 1 (g) visa is expiring on November 19 2014.

At the same time, I satisfy the consecutive 12 month continuous requirement on the 15 December 2014.

I have been that you can apply for ILR 28 days in advance. Does that mean that I can directly apply for ILR on the 17 November 2014? Please advice.

Also, in case my ILR application gets rejected for some reason, what impact would it have on Tier 1 status. Will they let me renew at the same time? Since majority of the paperwork is same.

when you get your initial T 1 G visa ?
satisfy 12 months continues requirement what ?
your mean earning claim period ?

I got my initial tier 1 g on 19/11/2009.

By the continuous stay, I mean I have less than 180 days absence in each of the 5 consecutive 12 month period.

you can apply ILR 28 days before to 19/11/2014
23/10/2014 to onwords you can apply
why your ILR got rejected if you meet all requirement you only need to meet KOLL requirement in addition (LIUK +B1 Entry Level3)

I am going to be applying for my ILR soon. I run my own limited company and during the past year I took a 2.5 month break from work and travelled outside the UK. I was getting paid my monthly salary.

My question is in reasons for absence, could I state that it was a paid sabbatical? I am not sure how whether you can get paid during sabbatical?
