Query regards T1 ILR Dependent Visa elligibility

Hi,

First of all thanks in advance for taking time to read my query.

Here is the scenario -
My wife came to UK on TIer2 ICT visa in Jun 2009. She was on the same Visa in UK until Nov 2012 without any break (Total 30 Months)
She then went back to India to switch her visa to Tier1 Dependent visa in Jan 2013. The break was for (70 days).
Since then she is living in UK till date.
As this switching was done after April 2013, she would be required to complete 5 years in UK to be eligible for T1 dependent ILR.
Does this switching resets her clock for Tier1 dependent ILR application?

I came to UK on Tier2 ICT dependent visa in Dec 2009. I then went to India in Dec 2010 to switch my visa to Tier 1 General, and then came back to UK in Feb 2011. Since then I have been in UK.
I joined my wife in UK in Dec 2009, since then we have been living together.

Could you please let me know when would I become eligible for T1 ILR and when would my wife become eligible for ILR?
