ILR Application Form on bases of Spouse of British Citizen

Dear All,

My sister is married to a British citizen and got her two years spouse visa before the new spouse visa rules. Her two years visa is due to expire next month and she need to apply for ILR Application on the bases of Spouse of British Citizen.

Could someone please let me know what is the right application form she need to use for ILR Application on the bases of Spouse of British Citizen ? Would be great if you can send me the link to the application form. We are so confused about it...
