Deportation from UK. US and Schengen Visa chance?

Post by ale001 » Sun Nov 16, 2014 12:38 pm

Hi guys, i really to know my chance on this.

I was convicted and sentenced for use of a false passport being deported in 2005 from the UK. But not on my real name and date of birth, but my fingerprints was taken. I have then again returned to the UK illegally in 2006 in breach of my deportation order. I claimed asylum in 2007, but withdrew my asylum application and voluntarily left the UK. I returned to the UK again a final time in 2008 again using a false passport. In 2013 i applied to Leave to Remain in the UK but was refused.

My question is: I left the UK voluntarily in 2013. I am now in another EU country since 2013 and i have been granted residency base on my family legal residents status. Do i stand a chance if i apply for a Schengen tourist visa and US tourist visa using my real name?
