H1b Transfer

I have received approval for H1b and plan on entering the US in early October. I jumped at the opportunity to work for my H1b sponsor as it allowed me to gain an H1b, even though its in an industry I have no desire to work in.

I have since received two job offers and the prospective employers are wanting to know about the associated costs to file an I 129 Petition, and whether I will have to work for my new employer for a designated period of time before filing to change employer.
