Coming to UK after EC

Hi,
Now I have EC in my passport, I have few queries about the formalities after coming to UK. I am from Dublin so I will prefer to move to Bristol instead of London. Do we need to do some formalites in immigration office in airport or I can simply enter and register myself in NIC? becuase in Bristol there is no immigration office as it is a domastic airport.
Please Guide me.
