Tier 2 (ICT) - Extension After 5 years and ILR Eligibility

Hi All,

My Tier 2 ICT Visa is getting expired on 20th March 2015 and would like to know whether I can apply for an Extension of the same.

Details below:

Date of First Tier-2 ICT Issue: 16/03/2010
Date first entered to the UK: 23/May/2010

After 3 years, the above Visa was extended and now Valid until: 20/03/2015

Please advice if I can apply for an Extension for the same through my company?

I have not changed the company for the past 5 years.

I have been away from the UK between 02/10/2011 to 18/08/2012 (10.5 months). Am I still eligible for applying for ILR? What is the earliest date I should apply for ILR considering the First Date of Entry (above).

Please can anyone advice?
