mistake in previous visa application

I was recently dismissed by my employer and given two weeks to appeal against the decision as part of the company's internal appeals policy. However I luckily found a new job during this period and got my visa with the new COS. I have however potentially made an error in the application I filed for the new visa (which has been approved).

In question L10 'are you still working for the same employer for which you were last granted leave to remain', I awnsered 'yes' thinking that I am going through the company's internal appeals process and my sponsorship has not yet been revoked.

Did I awnser incorrectly? If so, will this be seen as deception as I awnsered to the best of my knowledge?

The question would have had no material impact as I am on tier 2 general. Please let me know how to proceed. I am extremely stressed about this coming to light in future applications, specially now that there is no right of appeal available.

Please help me out.
