ILR And Maintenace Fees

Hello,

I am on Tier 1 General Visa and I am due to apply for ILR by March 2015, I will like to know if maintenace fees is necessry.

No maintenance funds required in ILR

I presume you would be applying on SET(O). See the eligibility criteria for settling in UK.

However, you may choose to show your bank statements for the purpose of evidence of earnings.
