Traffic Offence 7 years ago to be mentioned in ILR Form?

I had a traffic offence back in 2006 that was 3 points due to poor tyre and had to pay penalty for 300 pounds which I went to court to ask to reduce it to some amount I don't remember. So court order for 3 points and some penalty payment. All was cleared back in 2006. I wonder Do I need to mention this in my ILR? Is it counted as criminal offence?


As per this sticky post below, it appears that FPNs / Court Issued FPNs does not come under criminality threshold and therefore any traffic offence is irrelevant to mention?
