Hi i am going to apply ILR on 8 Dec i got few questions to ask.
I am on tier 2 general visa and i got question for my wife details
1. She did Ielts in 2011 ...can she use that to claim english language test?
2. She is working full time . Do i need to mention about her income and pay slips?
3. Employer letter....i got general reference letter from employer about salary job title and permenant employment. Will that be ok for ILR?
