Tier 2 General PBS dependent - ILR ( Urgent Please !!)

Hi All,

Can some one urgently guide me please on the below question/situation.
My wife and son are on Tier 2 General (PBS) dependent VISA Valid until 02/06/2015.

All of us are qualified and eligible for ILR application early next month.
However due to some personal reason I am planning to apply for my ILR using the Same Day Service and wish to apply for the ILR for my dependents at a later date.

Is this possible ?
(1) My wife and son apply after I get my ILR until then they continue staying on Tier 2 dependent VISA ?
(a) If Yes, until when can I apply for their ILR (i.e can I apply for their ILR, say in the month of Feb 2015)?
(b) If No, is there any way around this ?

Any link or guidance would be really appreciated please.

(a) Preferably before their leave expires (319E & 319J).

I was trying to find if the dependents can continue to stay as their VISA was linked to my Tier 2 General VISA.
And if I move from my Tier 2 General VISA to ILR will this not affect the dependent VISA ? Is there any link or rule from UKBA which clarifies this ?

Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.
