Tax refund from HMRC

Post by muraxza » Tue Dec 02, 2014 11:13 am

Dear Experts

wanted advice on this, i am on T1G visa and due for ILR on 2016 June. Situation is my accountant submitted my last year tax return and his calculation showing i paid extra tax to HMRC which makes me entitle to reclaim from them. Question is would that be wise to reclaim money from them? asking this cause i dont want any trouble at the time of ILR.

regards

This wouldn't cause any issue with your ILR. Make sure you paid tax properly and accurate what you have earn.

Suresh
