Tier 1 (G) + Tier 2 (G) - ILR eligibility question

Hello,

I have a question with reference to Tier 1 General + Tier 2 General Migrant applying for ILR:

if I have spent time on Tier 1 General in UK and taken a break and came back again (not more than 6 months gap) on Tier 2 General (company sponsored) and I complete 5 years (Tier 1 General duration stay + Tier 2 General duration stay in UK)

....am I eligible to apply for ILR with current status as Tier 2 General?

please help me out.
