Applying for family visitor visa from India

Hi

I am trying to apply for my parents family visitor visa from india. Have completed the application form and submitted but while booking for appointment its only showing Mumbai region whereas I have given my parents home address as port blair and any correspondence address as delhi. Can it be changed by calling to VFS and any direct numbers to call VFS from India as both the numbers on UK BA website are premium numbers. Thanks
