Need Help : Premium Appointment or Postal

Hi There,

As is have mentioned in my previous post I have got Fix Penalty Notice(PND) in 2010 and has successfully applied extensions 2 times after that and also mention that now I am in process to apply ILR and I am very much stressed out as will this impact my application or not?

Will it impact my application and should I go for postal or in personal application given above situation?

FPN will not impact your application, no need to worry you will be fine.

Make sure you disclose this in your application.

It doesn't matter, if you want instant results go to premium or if you have patience to wait then go for postal.

Thanks Uday, I looked at form but not sure where should I disclose it as it is not criminal convition or civil penalty.

You should mention in Criminality disclosure page and explain indetail what happened.

thanks Uday, I just looked at it and it has section for criminal convitions, civil penalry and other but there is not general section for PND?
